United Canna Supply is a fast-growing distributor of compliance & related packing materials and other operational supplies to the domestic Cannabis industry. We are a one stop shop for innovative, frustration free delivery of supplies.
The New England Account Manager will work to increase sales in the New England region. Working closely with the President and the COO, this position is critical in growing market share and reaching revenue targets.
We are a start-up company with a founder who has decades of experience in supply chain management. We are small, legitimate business with serious financial backing. Please, only hungry & experienced need apply. We offer base pay and generous commission package. This is a full time, exempt position. You can work from home or Starbucks or Jamaica or wherever. As long as you can drive yourself the office in North Andover, MA when requested and can travel about 10% of the time, we’d love to hear from you. Must have a principal residence in New England so you can drive to the office for meetings.
Priority will be given to those with prior experience in the cannabis industry.
2+ years of progressive sales
Experience selling high volume/low price point items
History of meeting and/or exceeding 6 figure quotas
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor – NO STONERS
Strong time management skills & attention to detail
Experience in Excel / Word / Outlook / PowerPoint
Experience with a CRM
History of working successfully from a remote office and with a small team
Experience interacting with sale operations and other corporate functions
